The Company
Company was founded in the 50s and operated in the precision
mechanical field for a couple of decades until an engineering Company appointed
the manufacture of safety equipments for storage tanks .
Since the beginning of this new production , a blow testing
plant was erected in order to get real equipments flow and to get due knowledge
necessary for equipments design.
Original blow testing has been updated over time and it is
still a miles stone of our production (you can see in the background) enabling
us to test our valves and flame arresters experimentally .
Since 2000 our Company owns a “Quality Management System” in
compliance to ISO 9001 certified by Notified Body “Bureau Veritas” (certificate
No. IT265228)
In the year 2003 got first “EC Type certificate” for flame
arresters and in the same year we got “Production Quality Assurance
Notification” (at present notification number is BVI 06 Atex 0038 Q / Rev.3) .
In the 2010 we became energy power self-sufficient thanks to
a photo-voltaic plant installed on the factory roof .
Production is performed by last generation CNC tool
machines. Internal job procedures, based upon “cross checks” prevents non
conformity supplies .
Our tecnical dept. is able to provide sizing calculation for
venting requirement according “API STD 2000” and “ISO28300”.
We export aboard directly more than 50% of our sales, as
evidence of our price competitiveness .
